Voice notes, transcripts and individual scores stop at the HR dashboard. BORN OS pulls outlet-level totals from /api/pulse/aggregate — no names, no quotes, no per-person scores — and an outlet with too few responses is withheld entirely, so no one can be identified by elimination.
